Hellenic Drones operates as an EASA-recognised drone academy with more than 4,000 certified graduates and maintains a fleet of multirotor, fixed-wing, and specialist UAS platforms. The company provides technical expertise on the strategic technology roadmap and leads the competency framework mapping to DigComp 3.0.

The centre coordinates stakeholder validation workshops across all partner countries and develops the competency framework.

IIPLE leads Work Package 4, pilot testing and train-the-trainer delivery, and has developed training linking drone data capture with BIM workflows, making it a natural home for testing the Drone4Build curriculum in a real VET environment.
